Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 Years in Dairy & Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target prospective clients within the dairy and processed food factory segments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Present and demonstrate our product portfolio, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the R\&D, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the dairy, food ingredients, or food processing industry preferably.
• Strong understanding of dairy and food ingredient applications and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Decent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (preferred) and Microsoft Office (Mandatory).
• Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Established network within the Indian dairy and food processing industry.
